Abstract
Benoit Frydman examines the pedagogical approaches to teaching global law by exploring the tensions between theoretical and practical, systematic and casuistic, as well as disciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches. The author justifies the introduction of this curriculum by the need to train legal professionals in the realities of normativity within the context of digital globalization. He advocates for an empirical and inductive method, starting from concrete cases to progressively build a critical understanding of global regulatory mechanisms.

Benoît Frydman examine les approches pédagogiques pour enseigner le droit global en explorant les tensions entre approches théoriques et pratiques, systématiques et casuistiques, disciplinaires et interdisciplinaires. L'auteur justifie l'introduction de cet enseignement par la nécessité de former les juristes aux réalités de la normativité dans un contexte de mondialisation numérique et préconise une méthode empirique et inductive partant des cas concrets pour progressivement construire une compréhension critique des dispositifs de régulation globale.
