About Benoît Frydman
Benoît Frydman (PhD, LLM) is a philosopher and legal scholar, professor at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), researcher at the Centre Perelman for Legal Philosophy, member of the Royal Academy of Belgium, and holder of honorary doctorates from the universities of Geneva and Aix-Marseille.
His work comprises some twenty books and a hundred scholarly articles, focusing mainly on global law, the ongoing transformations of contemporary law, the history of legal reasoning, methods of argumentation and interpretation, and the democratic rule of law and justice.
